Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be accepted.
How to start a return
Email us at info@ryobitoolsoffer.my with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we need to authorize the return first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refund timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the return is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
