At ryobitoolsoffer, we ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
Order processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time on a business day are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no handling fees added at checkout.
Carrier
We work with a range of reputable logistics carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is selected at the time of shipment based on your delivery address and the size of the package. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@ryobitoolsoffer.my.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
